Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy clothing and accessories from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the equivalent protections where you live.
Who we are
This website is operated by My Store. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean My Store, and “you” means the person placing the order. You can contact us at contact@mytrovora.store; we reply to messages on working days.
Using this website
You may browse and buy from this store if you are 18 or over, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you agree not to use it unlawfully, to interfere with it, or to copy our photography, text or designs for commercial use without permission. All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors.
Products
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including fabric, measurements and care. Garment colours can appear slightly differently from one screen to another, and natural materials vary a little from piece to piece; this is part of the material rather than a fault. Items are subject to availability and may be limited to a small run.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include VAT where it applies
- Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay
- We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed
- Payment is taken at the time of the order, through our secure payment provider
- If a price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price
How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation we email you acknowledges we have received it; the contract between us is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund that item in full.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout once you enter your address. We aim to deliver within the estimate given, and by law within 30 days of the contract unless we have agreed otherwise with you. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Cancelling and returning
As a consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to send the items back. We also offer a longer goodwill returns window. The conditions, the exceptions and how to start a return are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Faulty or misdescribed items
Everything we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty or not as described, you can ask for a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we cover the cost of returning it. A short-term right to reject applies within 30 days of delivery. These rights are in addition to the right to change your mind above.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses, as we supply products for private use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Events outside our control
If something beyond our reasonable control delays an order, such as extreme weather, carrier disruption or supply failure, we will contact you as soon as we can. You may cancel and receive a full refund for anything not yet delivered if the delay is substantial.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, email contact@mytrovora.store and we will try to put it right. If we cannot resolve it between us, consumers may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and EU customers may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. Your right to go to court is unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in and may bring proceedings there.
